Our programmes are designed for healthy adult participants, with a focus on women aged 50 and over. The Pilates and yoga videos, sessions and classes we provide are intended for general fitness purposes. It is critical that you consult your physician, follow all provided safety and other instructions, and obtain authorisation before accessing or using any of our products or services, especially if you are prone to injuries or have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions. The contents, products and services we provide are for informational purposes only, and are not intended to diagnose any medical condition, replace the advice of a healthcare professional, or provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Liability Waiver: The instructor and content creator are not liable for any injury, loss, or harm sustained while participating in, or as a result of, these videos, sessions or classes.
To reduce the risk of injury: Work at your own pace and modify exercises to suit your ability. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath. Ensure you have a clear, safe workout space and use appropriate equipment such as a non-slip mat.
Services & Payments
Access to the Online Workout Library, 1:1 online sessions and online small group classes is arranged on enquiry by email or WhatsApp. Prices are listed in euro and may change at our discretion; the price confirmed to you when you book is the price you pay. Payment details and terms are agreed with you when you book.
Online Workout Library access lasts for 12 months from the date it is granted. Small group classes run with a minimum of 3 participants.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session or class, please let us know as early as possible. Cancellation and refund terms for sessions, classes and library access are confirmed when you book.
Use of Content
All videos, programmes, text, graphics, images, and other content we provide (“Content”) are owned by Golden Rose Fitness. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the Content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to share your access to the workout library with others, and not to record, download, or redistribute any Content or live session without permission. You agree not to use the website or our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the website are the property of Golden Rose Fitness or our licensors.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
