Our website address is: https://goldenrosefitness.com. Golden Rose Fitness offers online Pilates and Yoga programmes, 1:1 online sessions and small group classes, and is based in Ireland. Golden Rose Fitness is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
What data we collect
This website has no contact forms, user accounts, comments or online payments, and we do not ask you to enter any personal data on it.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you book a service, to arrange and deliver it.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Embedded content and links to other websites
This website links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. When you follow one of these links, you leave our website, and the other service may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction in line with its own privacy policy.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. The following services process data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries messages you send us on WhatsApp.
- Our email provider stores emails you send us.
How long we retain your data
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you and to provide any service you book. We may keep records related to payments for as long as required by law for accounting and tax purposes.
What rights you have over your data
Under the GDPR you can ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it erased. You can also object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
